Our full terms of service are being finalized. The cancellation policy below is in effect today and is what we'll honor when you book.
Cancellation policy
We want flexibility to work both ways. Here's how it works:
- More than 24 hours ahead
- No charge. Cancel or reschedule any time.
- Less than 24 hours ahead
- Half the service price, for the reserved time.
- No-show or refused entry
- Full service price. The cleaner showed up and the slot was held.

Recurring customers can skip individual cleans any time with 24 hours of notice. To pause or end recurring service entirely, just let us know.
If we ever need to reschedule on our end, like weather or a contractor out sick, we'll reach out as soon as we know and rebook a clean at no charge.
Separate from cancellations: if a clean isn't right, our satisfaction guarantee applies. You choose, 100% money back or a free re-clean within 48 hours. No questions, no fine print.
