A Deep Clean is everything in a Standard Clean plus the detailed work that doesn't happen every visit. We get into the spaces that build up over time: behind appliances, inside cabinets, baseboards, light fixtures, and detailed scrubbing in bathrooms and kitchens.

We recommend a Deep Clean for your first visit with us, or every three months on top of regular maintenance.

Move-In / Move-Out Clean

Empty property, ready for the next chapter.

Starting At $310 Typical time on site: 4 to 5 hours for an average 3BR/2BA empty home.

A Move-In or Move-Out Clean is everything in a Deep Clean, but performed on an empty home. Because the property is empty, we can access every surface and clean to a higher standard than is possible in a furnished home.

This service is what real estate agents and homeowners book to either prepare a home for sale or get a freshly purchased home ready for move-in.

Move-In / Move-Out service requires the property to be empty (or substantially empty) at the time of cleaning. If furniture and personal items are still in the home, book a Deep Clean instead.

An Airbnb Turnover is designed specifically for short-term rental hosts who need fast, consistent cleans between guests. We work around your booking calendar, refresh the property to "ready" status, and document everything with photos so you know it's done right.

Honest Scope

What we don't do.

We're honest about what's outside our scope. For these jobs, you'll want a specialist.

  • Heavy lifting

    Moving large furniture or appliances. Our cleaners clean around furniture, not under it (unless it's already moved).

  • Outdoor cleaning

    Power washing, gutter cleaning, lawn care, or window exteriors. We're an interior service.

  • Carpet shampooing

    We vacuum carpets thoroughly. For deep extraction or stain removal, hire a carpet specialist.

  • Bio-hazard cleanup

    We don't handle mold remediation, post-flood cleanup, or bio-hazard scenarios. Specialized companies handle these.

  • Animal waste

    We won't clean up animal waste beyond standard litter boxes or normal pet hair.

  • Hoarding situations

    We're not equipped for severe clutter scenarios. Hoarding cleanup requires specialized services.

  • Two-story exterior windows

    We clean interior windows only. Exterior cleaning above the ground floor isn't safe for our crews.
